The 49ers are a good example of knowing the right way to construct a football team. Offensive and defensive linemen need to be big and strong. It's that simple. By following that simple formula, any team can win lots of games. The 49ers don't play games with physical measurables when it comes to the athletes they put on the field. They don't convert linebackers to ends or safetys to linebacker, or any such nonsense.
