Have the city host the pro-bowl players.

Make it a 3 day event, at the stadium.....Players interact with the public.....Do drills with the younger kids....Provide "film sessions" with Pro Coaches....Ect.

It's an NFL Good Will 3 day event..........Eliminate the Game!
