Rams new DC Brandon Staley is 37......So, he has McVay by 5 YEARS!

I'm really excited about what the Rams have going forward......McVay will be in his 4th season and he has a vision of what he wants the Rams to be.

Make no mistake about it....The NFC West is one tough division!
