I concur here, I don't see how he leaves Texas, however, the Rams do offer a nice change for Drayton and working with McVay might trump, but I have a feeling being reunited with Elliott might be too much to over come. Gary Brown would be a solid addition to the staff had had success and although the Cowboys are focusing on Drayton because of the relationship with Elliott, they like Brown too, so that's possible and Jake Peetz of Carolina solid offensive coach as posted per Ramblinfan.
