There are whole articles out there about Wade's ability to adjust a D at the half. The most famous example was the 2017 Dallas game.
Often when people say they didn't adjust, I just take it to mean the team LOST and the person saying that then just leaps to conclusions about there being no adjustments.
All teams adjust. All coaches adjust.
