Say what you want about a team like the Seahawks but they can be down by 20 with five minutes left and they still don't think they are out of it. While Carroll and Wilson's over the top optimism gets old it definitely infects the whole team.
I see some of that in Mcvay there is a lot to be said for positive leadership.
