I think O'Connell is being brought in more to work specifically with Goff....IMO Goff had no assistance in keeping his game on the up and keeping him as Coach always says consistent....I've heard even about the best QB's that as a season goes on you kinda get off the mark in mechanics etc....it's something that needs to be hammered on as the season progresses.
Heard he is deep in the run game...that can't hurt us IMO.....Coach could use that type voice in his ear as well.
