I like the idea for McVay to not have to worry about the defensive side of the ball, like he did with Wade. Hiring Lewis will allow Mcvay the same luxury he had with Wade. Plus, Lewis will bring in a few of his asst. coaches. Don't forget, Lewis won a SB in Baltimore!
I'm kind of leary hiring a young pup, if things start to unravel during the season, then things could go south in a hurry.
