Probably the best opening in spite of having to deal with Jones. In today's NFL a coach only gets 3 years (if their lucky) to turn things around and of the teams looking for a new HC the Cowboys are by far the team most likely to make the playoffs in the next 3 year.

Not a McCarthy fan myself but at least he has a chance in Dallas.
