Having the 2nd highest win rate at 39 years is saying something. 666 above has great point: the help could be from McVay's formations. If so that's not Whit's fault and the metric is misleading.

OTOH, I'll grant that if the metric is a reflection on the Rams' unwillingness to let him block on an island, they probably shouldn't resign him.
