I think they keep John Fassel, now that gaffe he called against the Cardinals did not help, but this has been a down year for the first time in many and I'm hoping it's just an outlier. With Wade, IMO, age (always plays a factor) and lack of energy will lead to a change, hopefully, they select the right guy to replace Wade because they could do much worse, but I believe McVay feels they can do better too.
