I certainly wouldn't give Goff a significantly higher grade, but still somehow that seems like a difficult equation to balance.
Also, the article notes that the oline allowed fewest sacks, but then also points out that it was 22nd in pass block win rate.
So the low number of sacks is due to something other than excellent pass blocking by the oline.
