Browns general manager John Dorsey has a meeting Tuesday with owner Jimmy Haslam and the GM's job status appears to be in serious doubt, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.

Browns general manager John Dorsey has a meeting Tuesday with owner Jimmy Haslam, and the GM's job status appears to be in serious doubt, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.
Dorsey was hired by the Browns in December 2017 after Cleveland moved on from Sashi Brown in the middle of the campaign. Under Dorsey's leadership, the Browns have used draft picks stockpiled by his predecessor to select franchise cornerstones Baker Mayfield, Denzel Ward and Nick Chubb in the 2018 draft and trade for receivers Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham in consecutive offseasons.
Under Kitchens, Dorsey's coaching hire, in 2019, the talent-laden Browns underwhelmed en route to a 6-10 record. With Kitchens now out the door, could Dorsey soon follow?
