I was quite surprised. With nothing on the line I can't say I was angered by the call.... but it was definitely 'odd'. And I can't see McVay making that call... but I also can't see Fassel making that call without McVay's knowledge that he was going to do so... in fact, that doesn't even seem possible to me.
