The PI review rule has been a complete disaster. A complete and utter failure by the NFL.
In my 50 years of being an NFL fan I'm trying to think of a bigger embarrassment to the league then the PI review rule. The only thing I can think of that comes close is in the late 80s when they would penalize home teams for excessive crowd noise.
