Not really.
That shows up sometimes this year because the interior OL (mostly OC and LOG) can't handle pressure. So there's this "recency" thing because they have been compensating for OL issues by moving him.
There are many many games where JG is very accurate from the pocket. But for that to work they have to be decent (and contrary to some opinions, not elite...just at a minimum decent) at protection in the middle.
