Ramsey letting a 4.4 40 guy run right by him and expecting a slow footed Rapp to keep up? If Ramsey even attempted to cover Sanders from the start....that under thrown wounded duck pass would have been intercepted or deflected. Sanders had to slow down for the ball for a couple of seconds. Ramsey had no excuse not following Sanders.... Rapp may have went the wrong way....but Ramsey flat out stood there and gave the guy a 2 second start. before he tried to catch up. He even pulled up to give Sanders ample room to catch the ball. Could have distracted Sanders by diving at his feet like super man..... no just pulled up lame and started pointing fingers at Rapp..
