2018 is an unfair inclusion. Different team, different circumstances.
In 2019, of our 6 loses, we scored first points only twice. Of the 4 we didn't, 3 were the blow out loses.
While I agree that the sample size is probably too small to draw a fair conclusion, I don't think it's far-fetched to feel that we play better when we score first.
The issue was the qb.

If the qb is different under different circumstances, then the real issue is the circumstances (eg. the OL).
Either way. I just wanted to show that any ironclad generalization will not hold up. That's true of 2019 too. In 2019, the Rams can win or lose if they start out slow or stymied early in the game. They can win or lose if they start out hot early in the game. There is no simply generalization about this that will hold up.
