Coach has been less than stellar this year....and in my opinion, he knew this team was in a bit of trouble very early this season; thus the moves with Talib and Peters.
They aren't tough and he knows it...he isn't stupid.
His game plan today was gawd awful..... right back to 11 personnel. They were playing without two LBers and playing man to stop the run, but you have to run it at them anyway......and not cute runs......DOWNHILL runs.....but he's done this stuff all season. He has not adjusted with or for Goff against defenses that are daring him to throw, throw, throw. He needs more west coast offense, but isn't doing it. Bizzarro.
The veteran pick ups have been 'enh'......Matthews was okay early, but not now. Weddle is a complete bust. He shouldn't be playing, but is the defensive captain.
Gross inconsistency.......I literally have no idea what team I'm going to see when I turn on the game. Translation: no confidence. It shows.
Finally, I don't think the locker room is all that great. No nasty, vocal leaders that get respect. Only AD.
