As part of the owners agreement to bring the Rams back to LA, I think the rent is $1 per year for awhile. That article was posted on this board not long ago.
Yeah, don't think they should get any more of a discount than they're getting. $1 a year is cheap enough but from what I've read, on top of that, the Chargers aren't meeting their obligations in construction costs/PSL's. So, it's not just "only" a dollar for rent, it's hundreds of millions that they aren't paying to help build and support the place.
maybe waive 25 millions worth of debt, lol.
