Cooks seems like he has lost some of his effectiveness.
It may be easier to use Reynolds a bit more.

I still don't think using Rapp as a blitzer is a wise move vs any decent QB.
Too much of vacuume over the middle for a short pass.
The pass at about the 5 yard that was dropped by Seahawk WR came against that same blitz I believe .
We'd been beaten using that zero blitz down there before using a sell out rush tactic.
Don't like it at all.
