Great post. We are 6-5 and playing way below our potential. We have a QB who can complete downfield throws. McVay has gotten way predictable and the NFL as a whole has changed how they defend those crossing routes. The NFL has adjusted to McVay's base offense but he will exploit those adjustments. But the team needs reps--notice all the plays we miss by a step.
In two years the NFL will catch up to the Ravens and Lamar better bring his A game. But Im not sure how you defend that offense. If Lamar plays like he did versus us consistently you cant play the run. Imagine Russ with a good oline and good coaching. Scary.
