People are forgetting that they went to the Super Bowl last season with a 2nd year HC and staff.
Now, if Wade does retire, then I promote within. You keep the same language on defense, but allow the newly promoted DC to add his little wrinkles to the defense. LB's Coach Berry looks like a logical choice.
I do think McVay needs a sounding board to bounce ideas off of and be another set of eyes up in the booth on game day. Callahan, I think would be an excellent hire......He's OLINE and has a history with McVay on the Redskins......Sounds like a solid hire.
Then.....I concentrate on the OLINE.....Period........Thoughts?
