Lots to focus on while watching the Cards game...

If only to restore some confidence in certain players and coaches there are many areas to focus upon.

In no particular order:

McVay. Will he have his team ready to play and with an effective gameplan after that Ravens debacle?
Goff. How confident does he look? Can he actually get a touchdown pass?
Gurley. Which Gurley will even show up?
Entire OL. Goodness, can they show us some progress from their Bear game level of play? Particularly interested in Edwards and Evans.
Edge play from Fowler, Matthews, and Ebu. Gawd! Fowler, in particular, is literally playing on a ‘prove it’ basis. He better impress in these final 5 games.
Littleton. Can his play possibly justify a projected $16-18 million salary? Long shot, but who knows?
Weddle. Lots of people questioning whether he deserves to come back in ‘20.
Wade. Will his D bounce back and resume their low scoring status?

These next 5 games will give some players an opportunity to demonstrate that they deserve to come back in ‘20. And some coaches an opportunity to tinker and possibly develop schemes that can help in ‘20.

So, lots still at stake for some.
