My primary concern is not about this year, but the next 3-5 years

Even thou we just got torched, I’m much more concerned about our than just this year.

Looks like we foolishly bought into winning now, i.e. trading away high pick. Don’t see how we can be competitive next year. We can resign everyone on our D, and we need to rebuild our Oline and find a replacement for Gurley. Right now I see us as an 8-8/9-7 team. The question is how long we will be there?

Are we set to be a mediocre team? Will McVay learn from his mistakes?
