It is amazing in the age of the salary cap and free agency what teams like the Patriots, Packers and Steelers have done.

Patriots have 1 losing seasons in the last 24 years.

Steelers have 3 losing seasons in the last 26 years.

Packers have 4 losing seasons in the last 27 years.

and then there is the Lions who have 1 playoff win in the last 60 years! Which in its own way is as equally impressive.
