Play good zone and have 11 guys running to the ball. You cannot stop a guy of his caliber with a spy alone. It's going to require team tackling and keeping them out of the endzone.
And btw the biggest thing here is going to be stuffing their run game. Which is very potent and an unsung part of how they keep the chains moving. Ingram has a 57% success rate (3rd in the league) on his runs. If the Rams allow that, they're gonna get pounded. They need to put the Ravens' young QB in third and long and try to team-contain him.
