again this game is a huge turning point for me on two tales: McVay who I love, showed he can adjust, I thought he was Martz like and was only willing to shove his three receiver set down people's throat, he adjusted and over came, to me that was huge because I have felt McVay has been off all season and that he did not learn anything from the Super Bowl defeat.
As for Goff, Wow! He played with an inexperienced line, almost no weapons, against a team that put the blue print out on how to shut this high profile offense down, and he did not have his A game and he fu@#$%^ kicked their ass. He started out slow with the pick, then his receivers were not running the right routes or battling for the ball, but the Rams were committed to keeping him upright and he answered everyone's question. Goff came through, and matured greatly last night.
What I came away from this game is, "if Goff has time he will eat you alive".
