keep teams off balance the rest of the year... In my opinion he needs to run
a lot more 12 personnel and even throw in some 13 personnel with Johnny Mundt!! The OL needs help and this is the only way I see that happening. Our running game would improve and the using Everett more should help us move the chains. If McVay stays with the same old same old we may end the season below .500. McVay's ability to adjust (or not) regardless of personnel groupings is going to tell us alot about our coach.
