They are hamstrung and cant do what they want to do on offense.
However, its up to McVay to design an offense where they can still be somewhat effective - that is a short pass heavy offense (designed as such and not just 5 yard hooks) and they gotta still try to run the ball.
Put the rest of the season in the hands of the Defense - no other way - win ugly with small ball.
