The oline is in the dumper; no question. But McVay refuses to compensate for this with quick, short passes. That in & of itself would kick start the O with manageable 2nd & 3rd downs. I'm not talking about dumping the ball off after 4 reads. I'm talking about 2 steps & fire to Kupp, Woods or Everett. Then pound with Henderson, who's the only back we have who can overcome our bad blocking with his talent.

There are a lot of possible reasons for the O line shortcomings. But the maddening thing is McVay's refusal to adapt to those shortcomings.
