McVay isn’t close to being a great leader.
He has shown the potential to be one.....
But since the last few regular season games last year he has failed to adapt.
His play calling, clock and timeout management along with challenges are pathetic.
It’s obvious the players have lost their edge because they expect coaching to carry them instead of their play.

This team needs to work harder and they will win more games.
