I disagree somewhat .
He has hands but some of the throws have been behind him or he's turning his body to start upfield just as the short passes are coming.
He definitely has had more concentration drops this year though.
Screen passes or passes near the sidelines dropped would be best example of his worst plays if you picked those out over the season you'd maybe question his practice regimen.

Has he had too must practice /non practice rest also ?.
