No, he's not physical. But then again, he's under 200 lbs.

I don't think he'll ever be more than a #2 WR and probably not that. However, Goff obviously trusts him and typically a player like this plays better as he plays more and gets into the game flow and rhythm.
He did the Rams well when he had to sub for Kupp the last half of last year.
The good news is that the Rams have 2 of the best WRs in the game in Woods and Kupp. Everett is finally starting to be used more, Gurley is about as good as it gets for a RB receiver, and Henderson clearly has similar talents. I don't think the Rams will lack for good receiving targets.
