he just got off to a bad start

He's a speed and hustle guy. he won't overwhelm you with power, so when he went down with a foot injury, that was crushing to his development. Everyone needs their feet for football, but a speed edge rusher really relies on his feet/ankles for burst/bend on the edge.

I really liked him and hope this is just the beginning of a nice career. His ceiling is way higher then Ebukam.
