Funny how the Rams trade for the C/G Corbett and not a further word has been said.
I wonder if after 2 weeks, and now the upcoming bye week, we might see him play some.
I will say this: it's kind of hard to bench a current starter when Goff hasn't been sacked in 2 weeks. And, co-ordination and sync among the Oline is critical. And it's not like the Rams run a Pats style offense of short, quick passing. The Rams run a lot of intermediate and longer routes that requires the QB to hang on to the ball longer.
Even so, we're not going to be a playoff team without a solid running game, which has been absent all year. And IMO the cause of that is poor Oline run blocking. Going to be some interesting decisions going forward, I think.
