A couple of weeks ago I mentioned this issue and a poster tried to dismiss it as a concern
I will lobby for a prize to be given for this
: leaving lines like that out of posts. The bolded line. The reward will go to whoever does that kind of thing least.
Fwiw, I don't care if someone disagreed with an earlier post or not. Honestly. Have zero interest.
Here comes the lecture. There will be donuts afterwards.
I tend to get into controversies. I am drawn to them because they peak my interest. I have no idea how many times I have been disagreed with, but it's probably a lot. Many of those times I was right,or at least had some semblance of an idea which way the wind was blowing. And many of those times I was spectacularly wrong. But I tend not to bring it back up--meaning, the fact of being disagreed with. Is that because I am a superior person? Well no (duh). It's because I believe that we should act like we can disagree with a guy in one thread and agree in another, or vice versa, without that meaning anything. It's all posting.
Here's the post-credits scene. None of this is aimed at you personally. Just at a "thing." I like your posts and regularly look for them. And in this case, I agree that Cooks is an issue. They may be stuck with him though because it costs 29 M to let him go this year, and costs 13 M next year.
There. All done. Time for donuts.
