It is strange to me that (a) the existing facility is still basically double wide trailers, etc. in year 4 and (b) that a new, permanent facility isn't at least partly underway.
Personally I would go to the South Bay given the stadium location and that they would likely want to have Saturday walk throughs there, etc. The Lakers built a good one in El Segundo.
I thought the original plan was to build one at the stadium location, but It seems like the Rams are staying in TO, most of the players like the area and have homes in the area.....they don't want to be commuting anywhere near thenLAX area I'm sure.
The fires don't happen all the time and is not a concern
I think maybe being $2bn over budget on the stadium might be a reason Rams are still in limbo on a permanent training facility
