Pretty surprising to give up a 2nd

Sanu is a decent no. 2 WR, but he's not a burner by any means. He's a good possession WR, but definitely not worth a no. 2. I'm surprised the Pats didn't go after Emmanuel Sanders who can stretch the defense. Just seems odd to me they'd give up a No. 2 for Sanu when they're 6-0 and seem to move the ball well on O.
