I see what you're saying Speed but I think you're overstating how he is playing a bit.
I don't think he's playing well but it's also not awful. I don't feel we're near Bortles territory.
Besides this last game, I felt he was doing fairly well given the amount of pressure he was under.
He was 3-0 , then came TB, played pretty damn good in that game besides the one pick, the rest were due to horrible protection, then came Seattle, he was clutch af in that game and did enough to get the win, GZ missed a kick. SF, had horrible numbers, but no turnovers and was constantly getting pressured.
I think people sometimes just look at numbers or watch with too much emotion and want to blame things on the easiest thing to blame, the QB....
Considering the pressure he's been under this year, I am surprised he's still standing.....
