Absolutely excellent stuff from Waldman weekly and thank you for posting the thread.
I said it yesterday and I'll say it again: this team is one dimensional and that is on McVay. With this OL, he should be going to quick passing, spread out, fast paced offense, much like the Patriots have done in the past and sometimes still do. NO ONE is fooled by his stuff anymore and this bump in his own growth as a coach is making Goff look bad.
The OL is not good.
Gurley is hurt, we are playing back ups.
And he is still sending our three WRs in long developing routes????
Hurry up, 4-5 receiver sets, mixed with some double TEs..... throw something new at these teams playing this defense!!!!!
Goff excels at a fast paced offense....no huddle.....quick passes.
McVay has to look inward.
