They were together in Washington, D.C. before he even made the move to Los Angeles. They've been living together since the relocation. So they've been together for a while and the fact that she's a beautiful woman hasn't been an issue, at least not one that was reflected negatively in McVay's success. Her looks and their relationship didn't seem to be an issue during the 2018 season when the Rams made it to the Super Bowl, either. What's different now is that they're engaged. They got engaged this past spring (in Paris, no less). I have no idea when the wedding is... but I'm sure there's wedding plans in the works. If any of ya'll have planned a wedding, you can relate. It's possible that McVay's attention is divided now and he's not as focused on football as he was before. Just a thought.
