O line has been and still is the biggest problem:
Whitworth is still good, but age is taking its toll and he is not what he was even last year. Hav seems to have taken a step back without Saffold. Noteboom is not Saffold. The good news is that we don't have a lot of money tied up here.
The money is an issue with both Goff and Gurley. Good news is we have cheap RB options in the meantime, but without a good OL Goff is not good.
Fowler with all those penalties today? So many missed tackles by so many defenders, playing with so much cushion?
Wade and McVay seemed to out coach everyone in regards to half time adjustments, this season they seem to be getting out coached every half time by everyone.
I think fixing the OLine would help with Goff, and Running game etc. but that will take money spent on bench players.
AD is worth every penny, and our defense played pretty well today, I think we need better tackling, better pressure, and a secondary that does not need to play off as much as we do.
I am guessing Whit is done, Wade might be done, is Gurley done? Would it make sense to move Noteboom (when he is healthy) to LT and move Whit to RG?
