They go to maybe the toughest environment to play a HUGE game on a short week. We saw Russell Wilson's VERY best. The Rams??? Played better than last week but dang!! They had sooo many screw ups. DBs looked lost, O line is finding it's way, huge drops by guys who do NOT drop passes, a VERY VERY B.S. call against Matthews. Run game was better than the past couple of weeks but still way unbalanced. Sounds like a Seattle blow out, right??? NO! We lost by a football width away from an upright from a miss by an automatic kicker. Had you told me yesterday morning all that would happen and we'd only lose 30 to 29?? I might laugh.
Last night was almost a perfect storm against the Rams and we lost by just ONE! If last night's scenario happened 4-5 years ago, we'd be looking at a 38 to 10 loss. What makes me grin is that last night was 2-3 plays from being a Rams blow out against a good team in THEIR house.
The Rams DO have the talent. YES, even the O line, to be a VERY VERY dominate team against ANY team, ANYWHERE. If they ever stop taking turns at screwing up on plays n things they should NOT screw up on? WOW!!
