I'm starting to see what you are seeing-in the Brady/Goff comparison. I only wish Goff has as much time in the pocket as Brady does. If Brady had a cell phone in his pocket he could be making dinner reservations while waiting to pass.
Statistically he has one of the 2-3 fastest measured times from snap to throw of any active qb in the league.
It’s not like Brady has a Marino-like quick release.
He gets rid of the ball fast because he’s a master of the death by a 1000 cuts passing game. A skill he has honed over almost 20 years.
Goff is getting rid of the ball faster this year than last year, it’s been measured by NEXTGEN stats.
Let’s give him a couple more years before we damn him for holding the ball to long.
