I think the Rams plan is to have this OL keep playing together and gel.
You have to remember our OC and LG are practically rookies as they backed up vets last season and our RG was hurt and is now back. They haven't really played together much and maybe we could question not using them in the PS, but they need time. Will this work out? I hope so, but it looks like Noteboom is a long way away from replacing Saffold and that is the left side of the line. Last season when we needed a good run we would send TG30 right behind Whit and RS and they moved tacklers out of the way. This year the middle is collapsing and Goff has nowhere to step up in the pocket so the outside guys are getting to him. Last season Suh and AD were pushing the pocket back and our ends were getting sacks. Middle pressure is a big advantage on D.
