No, unfortunately, it won't. That play was so poorly called that they made a new rule to ever have it happen again... the interference challenge.
That whole game was poorly officiated including the Goff facemasking non call. Since we are still eary in the next season there's still going to be a lot of talk of it. Funny thing (not really) is that every time the Patriots play they don't bring up the tuck rule, the pregame videotaping before our SB, deflate gate or their owner's massage story. They talk about how Brady is the GOAT and Bellicheat is the greatest HC ever. It sucks, but what can we do. I don't listen to any talking heads and just watch the games. I really hate Aiken's and won't listen to him again, but besides that I record the game and begin watching a half hour into it. I watch it once. Enjoy it and delete it.
I am hoping we look like the SB team from last year with even better defense and blow the Bucs off the field. After all the high tension close games I could use a breather.
