Maybe Peters did pretty well, yes.
He leaves a pretty fair amount of cushion too and is all arms as a tackler he also isn't getting many passes defended.
For the average OC he can be the guy on our D to attack and get the garbage yardage on .
He plays CB like a safety in terms of protecting against 20+ yard plays .
He has gone more to a low risk pass defence vs a high risk ball hawk so something has changed in his play or his instruction by coaches .
At the same time I betcha the the Rams are helping him by rolling some coverages at times to cover the flat so he's not solely responsible for an area.
I think Rapp ,Littleton ,Robey Coleman ,and last nite Troy Hill showed their importance against certain attacks and personel groupings are equal to Peters.
I think the PI call on Hill was bogus that was a nice pass defended.
Rapp might have his first mistake in coverage all year last nite on the TD throw on goal line but he's been great overall.
I am surprised we haven't seen more of David Long.
Tells me Hill might be the most underrated player on the team.
