Without a strong running game the Rams are going to have to find their groove. When the Rams can use play action things are much easier on Goff... without it, it takes Goff time to watch the route develop. IMO
I think Kupp is proving without a doubt to be a valuable player but the running game is what made/makes the offense go... Without it. it looks like they are struggling. Still too much talent to not be good.
