There’s no doubt they can financially handle it considering the wanted to build it on their own. The Problem is the Rams agreed to take on the Chargers with the agreement they would ad some $ to the stadium pot via the PSL sales, then ghey basically mark them down 90% in some areas because they’re not selling. The Chargers thus put the agreed to PSL $ into they’re bank, not the stadium. There’s a reason they are infamous in San Diego for they’re low budget operations
